Motorola: Hotel WiFi Campaign
This project started out seeming very straight forward… a “could you write a few emails for us” request… but it soon mushroomed into some much bigger, much better and definitely more enjoyable too.
In fact, once we got into discussions with the client, it became obvious that we needed to do much, much more… so we started with the strategy and took it from there. The final scope included resolving logistical issues such as finding a way to deliver an email campaign across Europe, in local languages, in the format and style the client wanted but which their internal systems could and would not accommodate.
4 sets of visuals, 3 client personas, 5 languages, 90 eShots, a web microsite, a 4 week social media conversation calendar across 3 platforms and many cups of coffee later, we executed a successful campaign…
And we’re now working on the follow-up phase, maintaining and growing the momentum, continuing to build-on what we started together.
